Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL)
ACL surgery involves the surgeon makes an incision over the knee joint and then the damaged ligament is removed. A synthetic substitute is used to replace the damaged ligament and the joint is examined for additional damage
Femoral Head Ostectomy (FHO)
Femoral Head Ostectomy is a surgical procedure that involves the removal of the femoral head (the ball of the hip joint) to alleviate pain caused by hip dysplasia, fractures or other degenerative joint diseases.
Patellar Luxation Surgery
Patellar luxation occurs when the kneecap dislocates from its normal position in the groove of the femur. This condition is common in smaller breed dogs but can also occur in larger breeds.
Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO) Surgery
TPLO is a surgical procedure done to repair a torn cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) in dogs, which is a common knee injury.
When the CCL is torn, it can cause instability and pain because it helps stabilize the knee joint. The purpose of a TPLO surgery is to help stabilizs the knee by changing the angle of the tibial plateau so that knee joint functions better without the CCL.

Fracture Repair
Fracture repairs are common, and procedures are aimed at restoring function to the affected limp. The process can involve several steps which include reduction, stabilization and or splinting if the fracture is stable enough.
Amputation
Amputation may be necessary in cases of severe fractures, tumors, or other conditions where the limb cannot be saved.
